New Member Connection Group, Thursdays at 7pm

For those who have recently attended a New Members Class, we have a way for you to stay connected and learn more about our denomination, local congregation, and LGBTQ theology.  For the next several weeks on Thursday evenings in the church office, we will be hosting a special Connection Group for those new to the community and for anyone interested in learning more about how to deal with the passages that get interpreted against LGBTQ people.  The group is co-led by Rev. Roland and Deacon Chris Mann. This week: Recovering from Spiritual Abuse and Finding Affirming Scripture; Story sharing of our spiritual journeys and understanding the cultural shift concerning LGBT people and the Bible.
