 We will be celebrating Halloween with the children of the church and any visitors who wish to join us for games, crafts and lots of fun. We will have a spooktacular lunch at 11 am. In order for us to have this event, we need children. If you have children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors or a young friend, please invite them to attend. Please RSVP to Jackie or call the church (248-399-7741) by October 26th. We need a minimum amount of 4 children in order to have this event. 
Join us at Anita's Kitchen for Women's Night Out! Anita's Kitchen features delicious Middle Eastern Food. All women and women-identified folks are invited to join us. Because the group is usually large the restaurant requests that I call ahead and reserve space. If you plan to attend please call the church at 248 399 -7741 or email Jackie Walker. Because of the success we had with this fundraiser, we will continue to collect the cans until the end of the year!!! You can turn them in during service offering, or hand them to any usher or Stewardship Team Member!
MCC Detroit Stewardship Team - Mike Bolby, Jim Hartoon and Laurie Amalfitano  As we begin our 2016 Stewardship Campaign, we ask each member and friend of MCCD to prayerfully consider how they can support the ministry and outreach of our church through time, talent and treasure. Plan to pick up your pledge card during service and return by October 31.
One of the ways you can make your pledge through the giving of your TIME is to spend time in prayer for our ministry and outreach. Please consider this prayer guide to use either during the entire month of October or during the entire year of 2016!
