We will be hosted by the Fairmont Empress Hotel for our 26th General Conference. MCCers from around the world will gather to worship and celebrate God's all-inclusive love! Highlights of the Conference will include a celebration of Rev. Elder Dr. Nancy Wilson's retirement, the election of the next MCC Moderator, electing a Governing Board, learning, meeting fellow MCCers from all over, and excellent worship! Our senior pastor, Rev.  Women and woman-identified folks are invited to gather at Vy Reed's home in Sterling Heights on November 20th at 7 pm. We will share a meal of pizza, salad bar, and dessert; you can have just salad, just pizza, or salad and pizza. The cost will be $8-$15, depending on your meal choice. This should be a fun and relaxed evening for us all.
Our annual Congregational Business Meeting is this Sunday, November 15, after worship. We will have a light lunch provided, and do the business of the church--including electing board members and hearing about the work of the church in the last year. All are welcome!
