Pastoral Relations Committee - Tuesday, April 30th MCCD Office, 7-8:30pm

This team will focus on how to best support and celebrate our pastoral leadership and provide support in problem solving and conflict resolution. For support of pastoral leadership, with input from our pastors, we will develop and implement a program to help our pastors fell lifted, empowered, and appreciated. We will also research conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies, and develop plans to implement a structure, resources, and methodology to manage conflict in our church.
