Healing Through Journaling - Monday, May 20th Conference Room, 7-8:30pm

Journal writing can be a vehicle to healing and to wholeness. Learn to rewrite the stories from the past that get in your way and heal from shame and spiritual violence. Participants are encouraged to bring their own journal. Journals can also be purchased for $5 at the meeting.
