Body, Mind, Soul, & Spirit - Saturday, April 27th MCCD Sanctuary, 9am-1pm

​Improve your holistic health (Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit) at our half-day retreat. Enjoy small group sessions of massage, meditation, chair yoga, drumming circle, professional consultation through "Meet Your Pharmacist" and an inspirational speaker. 

You'll begin your day in the sanctuary with the whole group and explore all the sessions with others in smaller groups. Come in comfortable clothing and with an open mind.
