Our semi-annual Congregational Meeting will be held on May 16, after the 11am service. Lunch will be provided, with a suggested donation of $5 per person for those who are able. Non-members are welcome to attend the meeting and take part in any discussion, but only members are allowed to vote.
Board elections will take place and budget information will be presented. Financial reports, as well as reports from the pastoral staff and music ministry, will be available on the website prior to the meeting. A limited number of paper copies of the reports will be available on May 9.
